I can has Donate page?!

Hey Guys,

Long time no post. The store is nearly done and we'll be able to sell our ./shutdown shirts again. I also hope to start offering DVDs of Boomer's Day Off and ./shutdown in the next few months. We are raising $$$ to shoot our next two new parody projects: a video blog by Zoey from Left 4 Dead and Dalek Gary, a Dr. Who spoof. If you can kick over even a few bucks, that's enough to feed an actor or crew member lunch (who all work on a volunteer basis).

$25 Donations automatically get a DVD (region-free) of your choice: ./shutdown, Boomer's Day Off and the Zoey spoof (double-feature) or Dalek Gary. The latter two will be sent upon completion of the first season.

A few YouTube videos for you...

Hey Guys,

David and I will be huddling for a few weeks, re-organizing Kill9. We've both been busy with final exams and will be doing a bit of traveling, but after that we plan to get Rocco's help to relaunch the store, start selling ./shutdown shirts again, start selling new shirts, try to get our YouTube Partner application approved and open a PayPal account so we can accept donations from viewers who want to see more content.

Phew! That's a lot to do, so you may not see any new videos for a little while. It's all important work though because it could lead to us making back a few of the bucks we spend on bringing you free web entertainment! Until our next batch of films, be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel becauseometimes we upload little updates you may not see on this site.

 Some videos for your enjoyment:

./shutdown reviewed on teh webbernets

Cool beans! Check out this comprehensive Tilzy.tv review of ./shutdown season 1. Despite calling Simon "Charlie" for some reason, it is a pretty awesome review. Hope the cast/crew/you enjoy reading it.

I'm still winding down from a very long trip to England and Scotland. As soon as I got back, I was surprised with the gitft of VIP tickets to Coachella, so I was off to the deserts only days after landing. I'm close to recovering from jetlag and finals are looming. After that, we have a few projects I have to try to prioritize. David (Kill9 co-founder) is going to jump in on the executive end to help me get a cool Geek Girl print/web project up and running. More news on that in the coming months.

Finally, as some of you know, I'm not just a filmmaker, but a singer/song-writer and hope to incorporate more music in my productions (can we say, Goatse the Musical?). While screwing around today, I recorded a video of yours truly singing/playing guitar (badly) so feel free to check it out, but please don't berate me too harshly. I do bite... hard.

Greetings from Edinburgh, Scotland!

Hey guys, in case you haven't noticed, I've been out of the country for going on 3 weeks now. Check out my video in Luton, England with Teri, a kill9 update with Boomer's Day Off co-creator Ben Paddon whilse on the train to Liverpool, England, or watch this video of Ben getting it on with his sister Teri's boyfriend, Mike.

When Ben and I return to England (or the States), we will film another Q&A about Boomers Day Off answering fan comments. We know people were not happy with our subdued series ender, part 4. We'll address that as well, though it's touched upon on our train update above. That will be within a week hopefully. Thanks for all the feedback as always. Cheers!

Boomer's Day Off Part 3 Is Live!

The third chapter of Boomer's Day Off has been up now for a good couple of days, so if you haven't already seen it now is a very good time to do so - especially as the toe-tingingly epic finale to the miniseries is a mere ten days away. Exciting!

I haven't posted onto this site before and I don't know if/when I'll be doing so again, so let me take the opportunity to say how pleased I am that Boomer's Day Off has been as popular as it has been. When Michelle and I sat down to write what would become parts one and two I had absolutely no way of knowing how popular it'd be, so I'm pleased it's gone down well.

Also, having been involved with the shoots for part three and four, I have to say that working with the Kill9 crew has been, if I may be British for a moment, an absolutely cracking experience. The entire cast and crew is made of the purest awesome. I can't wait to see what they come up with next... and if I'm involved then all the better! :)

Cheers,
